I have many rituals, but the one thing that has helped me and continues to is my meditation practice.  I have studied many forms of meditation and seemed to bring them all together for my own style.  I believe we all have our own 'Soul's Style' of meditation.  For me it is every morning sitting for 30 min in quiet with some incense and my mala beads.  I encourage everyone in their own personalized practice.  This group serves to create a safe community where participants can give themselves permission to "just be". Some of us stuggle with being present; others seek guidance.  Whatever the reason, I always enjoy seeing my students leave with an increased sense of connection and a joyful preparedness to face the day!
